Early registration deadline has been extended to 31st May.
To register for the conference, please complete this form and either fax it to us or return by post. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. For the ACM SIG CHI NZ discount you need to have a valid 2004 membership. For the student discount, you will need to send an official letter confirming your fulltime student status.
Costs are as follows:

| Extra dinner tickets (each) | NZ $ | 80 |
| Extra copies of proceedings (each) | NZ $ | 100 |
The conference fee includes
- morning and afternoon refreshments on each day of the conference (30th-2nd)
- lunch on each day of the conference (30th-2nd)
- a reception and social dinner (you can purchase additional dinner tickets, too)
- one copy of the printed conference proceedings
Please note that the student discounted fee does not include the social dinner or a copy of the conference proceedings.
