Social Programme
The APCHI social programme will include the social dinner on 1 July (included in your registration, for full registrations), and a confrence reception on 30 June. Both these events will be held at the Lakeside Novotel.
If there is sufficient interest, we will also organise conference groups for two tours, both running on the afternoon of July 2. These tours are not included in your conference registration; the fee will be payable on the day of the tour to the attractions.
Whakarewarewa Thermal Village
Cost: NZ $18.00 per person
This is a living maori village situated only 3km from the city
centre. See the maori culture in concert at 11.00am or

Mamaku Blue Winery
Cost: From NZ $20.00 per person 30 minutes drive from the central city, wine tasting, tours & morning / afternoon tea is available here. More information is available at www.mamakublue.org.nz.
If you would prefer to go sightseeing on your own there are numerous walks in the Rotorua area. Other tourist attrations include cycle tours, a gondola skyride, bungy jumping, jet boating, cruising on Lake Rotorua, and thermal areas. For more information on all these things, see www.rotoruanz.com.
