New Zealand Computer Science Research Students' Conference 1995

April 18-21, 1995

Te Kohinga Marama Marae
The University of Waikato
Hamilton
New Zealand

On April 18-21, 1995 the second New Zealand Computer Science Students' Conference was held by the Department of Computer Science, The University of Waikato, Hamilton with students from all over New Zealand and beyond presenting papers on various computer science topics.

The Conference was designed to bring isolated Computer Science research students together to get to know one another and also learn from each other's research. It was most successful, with over seventy students and lecturers joining together for both fun and hard work.

The Conference was held at the Te Kohinga Marama Marae, within Waikato University's campus. The Marae's meeting house not only provided an excellent venue for conference presentations but also doubled as accommodation for up to fifty people during the evenings. With sleeping bags laid on the floor, all were very comfortable and the talking was heard late into the night.

This was a unique opportunity for students and staff alike to meet, discuss and mingle among their peers. Much new research and many new friends were made from this experience.
