Research Interests
BCMS Honours Topic: "Visual based gaming AI."

AI in games is generally a basic thing. Game AI will take predetermined paths and actions based on the inside knowledge that is not available to players. This leads to AI being unreliable when it comes to posing as a player as players and AI base their decisions off completely different inputs. Focusing on racing games, my project will create an AI that reacts and moves to only the limited data that is available to an actual player in order to make the AI act much closer to what an actual human would. The main use of this would be to use this AI for automated testing as it would give you a much closer look at how a player would respond to a level than a normal game AI would.
