Research Interests
MSc (Research) Topic: "GPU computing for data stream mining."

Large Hadron Collider and electricity networks, news feeds and high-frequency trading we need to extract useful information out of those data streams. Speed of the data often requires parallel processing as it exceeds power of the single CPU. Massively Online Analysis (MOA) framework allows evaluation and comparison of data stream mining algorithms and provides a framework for their implementation on the single machine. The project will provide GPU-based implementations of the data stream mining algorithms for MOA framework and evaluate their performance compared to existing CPU implementations.
