Research Interests
PhD Topic: "Distributed operating systems for wireless sensor networks."

A distributed operating system is an operating system that makes a collection of networked nodes appear as one logical device to the user. This concept is typically applied in operating systems that run on sophisticated hardware with fast interconnect. However, this approach can also be beneficial to systems running on more rudimentary hardware. My research involves the investigation of approaches that can be used to provide distributed OS services on wireless sensor network nodes, and the creation of an OS based on these techniques.
