This paper seeks to fulfil a need for education suited to future senior designers, art directors and creative directors in the area of studio management. This paper is intended for people looking for a future senior position in a design studio, or those managing freelance teams. Students will apply the theory they have learned in lectures to the management of a client-driven design project by supervising a project team.
