Weka 3.4.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.x and 3.7.x have extensive help facilities built in and
come with either a comprehensive manual (3.6.x, 3.7.x) or a guide for the Weka
Explorer and Experimenter interface (3.4.x, 3.5.x).
