NZCSRSC Registration

All students and lecturers in Computer Science and related areas from all New Zealand universities and from overseas are welcome to participate and come to the conference.

How to register

To register, download the register form here, fill out the printed version of the form, and mail it to the address given below, or you can fax it to +64 (0) 7 858 5095 if you are using a credit card to pay the registration fee.

Fees

The registration fee for students is 40 NZD. For academics it is 100 NZD. This includes

conference attendance
meals during the conference
social program (e.g. trip to Waingaro Hot Springs)
free accommodation in the Te Kohinga Marama Marae for the first 40 registrants (if requested)

The sooner you register, the higher is the chances that you get a free accommodation!

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

Credit Card

This is the preferred payment method!

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please fill in the relevant information in the registration form: Type of the credit card, credit card number, cardholder's name and signature, card expiry date.

Bank Transfer

You can use cheque or bank draft to pay, payable to "University of Waikato". Post to the address above.

Confirmation of registration

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successfully processed. If you are one of the first 40 registrants, who have requested the free accommodation in the Marae, the email will confirm this as well.

Important Notes: Registration forms without payment will not be processed.

We also accept on-site registrations.
