Floor to object
Menu Tool
Explanation:
Only active if there is an object on the floor. If so, click on it and the object will be restored as an ordinary object in the scene (at the same location, size, etc. as it occupied before it was pasted to the floor). The floor will resume a plain colour.
The same tool is used to paste objects to the floor - see Object to floor tool.
