Fix Pattern

Explanation:
Makes a pattern become fixed. This enables the current pattern to be made into a component of a further pattern.
Tip 1: if you 'Fix" a pattern and then 'Resize' the object you will get a different result from 'Resizing' a patterned object. Fixing will mean that, as the object expands, so the the pattern expands (hence the same number fo repetitions are visible). Resizing a patterned object will keep the same pattern size.
Tip 2: if you create a pattern and do not want to 'un-pattern' it, then 'Fixing' it will reduce memory requirements.
The operation will be forced if you use an eraser or pencil on a patterned object.
