| Scuba diving | I usually only get the chance to go diving when I head up to Kaitaia to visit my parents. Most of my diving is done in Doubtless Bay, although I have also dived around Houhora, Whangaroa, Whangarei, Matai Bay, etc. I have yet to go diving at the Poor Knights Islands. |
| Music | I listen to a reasonable variety of music (at least I imagine I do---doesn't everyone). A sample of my collection would reveal: Dire Straits, EMF, Enigma, Enya, Headless Chickens, Joe Satriani, John Lee Hooker, Kate Bush, Massive Attack, plenty of Nine Inch Nails, Paul Ubana Jones, Rage Against The Machine, REM, Seal, Sting, Straw People, Throwing Muses, U2, Yello, plus some classical too. |

| Aquaria | My main interest is in planted aquaria, although I also dabble
with killifish. Currently
we have one main tank, 120x45x45cm. Fish consist of Discus,
Corydorus trilineatus, Cardinal Tetra, and Siamese Algae Eaters.
