Mission
One of the most important current problems in Computer
Science research is how to harness the power of multi-processor systems.
Parallel hardware is becoming cheap but the cost and complexity of parallel
software that is correct and performs well remains a formidable barrier to
actual use of such systems. The Warp Laboratory is currently supporting three
major projects in this area.
