Algorithms for tree-based density estimation

The aim is to develop new data mining techniques that combine statistical methods of density estimation with algorithmic approaches derived from machine learning to built density estimation trees for multi-dimensional data. Potential applications include clustering as well as density estimation in naive Bayes classifiers and general Bayesian network classifiers.
