ACM's Committee on Women in Computing (USA)
The mission of ACM-W is to engage in activities and projects that aim to improve
the working and learning environments for women in computing. This includes
promoting activities that result in more equal representation of women in CS
such as mentoring or role modeling, monitoring the status of women in industrial
and academic computing through the gathering of statistics, providing historical
information about women's accomplishments and roles in CS, and serving as a
repository of information about programs, documents and policies of concern to
women in CS.
- Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing (USA)
This is a series of conferences designed to bring the research and career interests of women in computing to the forefront. Presenters are leaders in their respective fields, representing industrial, academic and
government communities. Leading researchers present their current work,
while special sessions focus on the role of women in today's technology fields.

Committee on the Status of Women in Computing Research (CRA-W) (USA)
The goal of the CRA Committee on the Status
of Women in Computing research (CRA-W) is to take positive action to increase
the number of women participating in Computer Science and Engineering
